Danny W. Gnewikow, Ph.D., FAAA, CCC

Founder  and Chief Audiologist

Dr. Gnewikow received his Master's degree and Doctorate in Audiology from Vanderbilt University, School of Medicine, Division of Hearing and Speech Sciences - 1974.   Dr. Gnewikow holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC) from ASHA. He is a Fellow (FAAA) of the American Academy of Audiology.

  • 2012, 2004 and 1997 Scholar Award from the American Academy of Audiology for professional excellence in postdoctoral education
  • 2002 Audiologist of the Year Award from the Audiological Resource Association
  • 2001 Martha-Callender Award presented by the Communication Disorders Foundation of Virginia
  • 2001 Distinguished Alumnus Award presented by the Department of Hearing and Speech Sciences of Vanderbilt University

  • Son of a World War II Pilot and  a stay-at-home mom who were married for 62 years.

  • Proud Dad of 2 children and children-in-law and 4 “SUPER” grandkids
  • Active member and Bible Class teacher at Nor Dan Church of Christ in Danville, VA
  • Hobbies: Fishing, Tennis, and Playing the guitar

Dr. Bradsher received her Master's degree in Audiology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She received her Doctor of Audiology from the University of Florida –December 2001. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC) from ASHA. She is a Fellow (FAAA) of the American Academy of Audiology.

Dr. Stone received her Master's degree in Audiology from the University of Memphis. Kara Martin, Au.D.

Dr. Martin received her undergraduate degree in Audiology from West Virginia University in May 2006. She received her Doctor of Audiology also from West Virginia University, Morgantown, WV in 2010. Dr. Dickman received her undergraduate degree in Hearing, Speech and Language Sciences from Ohio University in June 2007.  She received her Doctor of Audiology also from Ohio University, Athens, OH in 2011. Nicole Hall received her undergraduate degree in Audiology from West Virginia University in Morgantown, WV. She is now serving her Internship with Audiology Hearing Aid Associates in Danville, VA. She is a May 2013 candidate for her Doctorate of Audiology from West Virginia University.  Student member of the Academy of Audiology.
