Dr. Gnewikow received his Master's degree and Doctorate in Audiology from Vanderbilt University, School of Medicine, Division of Hearing and Speech Sciences. Dr. Gnewikow holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC) from ASHA. He is a Fellow (FAAA) of the American Academy of Audiology.

Dr. Gnewikow's Recognitions:

  • Martha-Callender Award presented by the Communication Disorders Foundation of Virginia
  • 2001 Distinguished Alumnus Award presented by the Department of Hearing and Speech Sciences of Vanderbilt University
  • 2002 Audiologist of the Year Award from the Audiological Resource Association
  • 1997 and 2004 Scholar Award from the American Academy of Audiology for professional excellence in postdoctoral education
