• Our wide range of hearing aids from analog to the latest in digital technology will allow patients of all income levels to select an aid which is affordable to them.
• Most hearing aid offices require payment for the aid, either at the time of order or the day the patient is fitted with the aid. Our clinics are unique in that we DO NOT require payment until the END of a one month trial period.
• At the end of the trial period (if full payment is not possible) 0% interest financing is available. This policy allows individuals on limited incomes to acquire hearing aids without the requirement of full cash payment.

Free Hearing Screening Clinic - A Free Clinic is available, by appointment (Tuesday morning Free Clinic in Danville, and Thursday morning Free Clinic in Lynchburg). This policy is to encourage individuals who may not be sure of their hearing status to be evaluated with NO-Cost and NO-Obligation. The Free Clinic only relates to hearing evaluation for hearing aid candidacy and does not apply to pediatric diagnostic evaluation or adult diagnostic testing. The Free Clinic is offered only for the initial evaluation.

NO Payment for Hearing Aids Until END of Trial Period - We do not recommend that hearing aids be purchased without a thorough trial period. We therefore offer a NO-COST, NO-OBLIGATION, NO-RETURN CHARGE trial period prior to purchase. This approach helps to ensure hearing aid acceptance and adequate performance of the hearing aid in the patient's personal listening environments. In the event that the recommended hearing aid is not adequate, another brand, model or technology may be evaluated. If the patient is not satisfied with the improvement, the aids are simply returned at the end of the trial period with no charge to the patient for the hearing aid trial.

• NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE for hearing aid reprogramming/adjustment for the LIFE of the hearing aid for all instruments purchased through our clinics.
• NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE for routine in-office maintenance and cleaning of hearing aids for the LIFE of instruments purchased through our centers.
• NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE for hearing aid loaner service for our patients in need of out-of-office manufacturer repairs.
• NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE for 2nd year warranty (not offered as standard through the manufacturer) on all digital products.
